Take a copy of everything
Your firm's whole archive, still sealed, with a small program that reads it without OpenKept. Your firm's printed backup sheet opens it. Keep it somewhere your firm controls: it can be your system of record.
No one needs to approve this, because nothing in it is opened. The download is saved with your records like a search or an export. It's the size of everything your firm has saved.

People
People join by signing in with their work account. Removing someone ends their sessions and frees their seat; what they did stays saved. Your firm's two trusted people are admins too. To change who else is an admin, write to OpenKept support.

AI models
Qwen is open source and runs on your firm's own machine, which only your box can reach. The big makers' models can be switched on once they've agreed in writing not to keep your data. Your saved records stay in your box and vault wherever a model processes requests. Changes reach chat and automations at once.
Usage
How much your firm used AI on this box each day: totals only, never who asked or what. Tokens measure how much text went to and from the AI, about three quarters of a word each.
